What is your current turnaround time?

We aim for next-business-day turnaround on all orders.
Please note, we do not print on weekends or holidays. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 2–3 business days.

What if I need my order sooner? Do you offer rush services?

Yes — rush services are available at our discretion.
The rush fee is $15 per roll. To request a rush:

Message our Facebook page with your order number, we will send a digital invoice to your email, printing begins once payment is received, rush cut-off times vary daily.

What is the best way to reach you?

Facebook Messenger is the fastest and most reliable way to contact us.

I have an issue with my order — help!

Please message us on Facebook Messenger and include photos so we can assist you promptly.

How do I build a gang sheet or access your images?

Visit our “How To Videos” tab on our website to view step-by-step tutorials.
Still need help? Bring your device to our store during business hours and we’ll be happy to assist you with creating your gang sheet.

What if I don’t want to build a gang sheet?

You can: Upload a single file using the Single File Upload option under the DTF tab or request our gangsheet building service via Facebook Messenger - the service fee is $25 plus the cost of the gangsheet.

I need a background removed or colors changed in my artwork — what should I do?

We do not edit or modify artwork.
We recommend using programs such as Canva Pro, Procreate, or Lunapic to edit your files prior to submitting.

Do you press shirts?

We are a custom wholesale print shop. We do offer in-store pressing for transfers, for an additional fee per shirt. However, we do not press onto customer-supplied garments, as we cannot replace items if an issue occurs during pressing.
